SOCIAL ROUND ROBINS 2010

Round robins are a great way to meet others at a similar playing level.

Online registration is the only way to register for the round robin. Please DO NOT call the clubhouse to register.
Registration is limited. After filling our quota, we will put all others on a waiting list.
Winter Round Robins are SWCPTC events and registration is reserved for members only. All others will only be allowed to register if the event does not sell out.
Payment includes tennis only and will be collected at the courts. We accept cash ONLY, and exact change is preferred.
In order to maximize court usage, round robins will be doubles play only. Players are placed with others at a similar level and games are intended to be non-competitive.
The matches are 45 minutes, 8:15-9, 9-9:45, 9:45-10:30, 10:30-11:15.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that if you are confirmed as a participant for a Winter Round Robin and are then unable to attend for whatever reason, email social@winstonchurchilltennis.ca as soon as possible. Note: 24 hours advance cancellation notice is required prior to the event. If you do not cancel within this time, you will not be eligible to play in another winter round robin that season.
