PAYMENT OPTIONS - CHEQUE

Paying by Cheque

1. Click on this link and select the appropriate option (new or returning member)
2. Fill out the online form and remember to input the bank information and cheque number.
3. Print the completed application form and mail a cheque (payable to "Sir Winston Churchill Park Tennis Club") and the form to the Membership Director, to the address below.  When the club is open, it will be faster to process your membership if you come to the clubhouse during supervised hours and make your payment in person.

Note: Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for processing
